Pre-Orders

Orders that contain both preorders and regular products will be shipped when all products are available.  

If you require the regular product urgently, then please place the order separately to the pre-order. 

If a pre-order can not be filled due to circumstances outside of our control, you will be emailed for either a choose of store credit or a full refund.
